Origin of Bronze Granules

Bronze granules are issued from the atomising process of copper and copper/zinc; depending on the percentage of zinc added to the melt process.
The colour obtained will be:

-> metallic red or copper (100% copper)
-> lighter metallic red or Pale Gold (90% copper - 10% zinc)
-> lighter metallic gold or Rich Pale Gold (80% copper - 20% zinc)
-> metallic gold or Rich gold (70% copper - 30% zinc).

Applications of Bronze Granules

Bronze metallic granules are generally used in industrial applications where increased resistance is required form the product, i.e. in case of welding application, anti-seizure product, or even a coating.
Bronze – copper granules can be used in Brake Linings, refractory materials and Moulds manufacturing.
